To link from your site to ours, all you really have to do is drop a hyperlink on your page to www.MYOLP.com and/or www.599CD.com. That's it. As long as it comes from your domain - the domain that's registered in our database as an affiliate - then our system will track your users.

AFFILIATE ID

To be absolutely certain that we receive your information, however, we recommend you insert your Affiliate ID into your hyperlinks. We'll give you an Affiliate ID when you sign on to become an affiliate, and it's not hard to change the links below. Just replace the XXXX in the link with your Affiliate ID.

BANNERS

If you wish to increase your sales, nothing works like banner advertisements! Here, we've included some of our banners. All you have to do is copy and paste the code in the textbox below to the HTML of your site, and our banners will appear wherever you want them. If you need help, our WebMasters can set the banners up for you. Just email support@myolp.com.

EMAIL CAMPAIGNS

We also have several email campaigns set up that we can send on your behalf. All you have to do is provide us with your list of customer email addresses, and we'll broadcast an email to them on your behalf - or we can provide you with the materials to send yourself. In either case, your customer data is secure - we will not use it for our own marketing purposes, and we will not give it out to any third parties. NO SPAM!

One word of caution: WE DO NOT ALLOW THE USE OF SPAM TO ADVERTISE OUR PRODUCT. If you send unsolicited emails (i.e. Spam) to anyone who did not double-opt-in subscribe to your mailing list, you will be dropped from our affiliate program and will lose all commissions earned (current and future). While Email marketing can be a very effective tool, please be sure that you're only sending emails to people who REQUESTED to receive them.

WHAT PRODUCT TO ADVERTISE

A word of advise: if you're going to focus your advertising efforts on one of our two products, our 599CD site brings in about TEN (10) TIMES the revenue that MYOLP does. We generally process a few HUNDRED orders a day for 599CD, whereas the MYOLP site brings in a handfull of orders a week. Sure, the online memberships cost more, but in terms of sheer volume, 599CD does MUCH better... plus the product costs a lot less, so it's easier to sell. If you're going to focus on one or the other, choose 599CD.

WHAT HAS BEEN EFFECTIVE

The single most effective source of advertising that we have had has been COST PER CLICK (CPC) ads on search engines such as Google, MSN, Yahoo! and so on. While we have pretty much covered all of the major search engines, there are a lot of smaller CPC sites out there that you might want to look into. Be careful though - a lot of the smaller sites tend to send junk traffic. With CPC you pay each time someone clicks on your ad. We've also tried CPM advertising, where you pay per IMPRESSION (whenever your banner is displayed) but those usually don't work well at all. CPC is definitely the way to go.

If you're advertising on a CPM site, or just on your own web site, you may want to use the banners that have the word FREE in them. In that case, you want to drive the user to the web site - and you don't care how they get there. The "Free Computer Training" animated banner below works very well for that. If you're paying per click, you don't want someone to click on the ad unless they're serious about buying - so avoid the FREE ones, and stick to the banners and ads that mention the cost is $5.99. You'll save money and avoid frivolous shoppers.
