Windows Media Player 7.1

In order to view our videos in your web browser, you must have at least Windows Media Player version 7.1 or higher installed on your computer. This is the program that actually plays the videos. If you have a new computer, Windows Media Player 7.1 may even be installed already. Try playing a video first. If it works, you don't need to upgrade.

Q: Can I use an older version of Windows Media Player? I don't want to upgrade to version 7.1.

A: Yes, you can use some older versions of Windows Media Player, but we don't support anything before 7.1.

Q: The download link to Windows Media Player you gave doesn't work. Now what do I do?

A: Microsoft may have changed the links on their Web site. You can click here to go to Microsoft's web site for Windows Media Player. If all else fails, visit www.microsoft.com.

Q: What about Internet Explorer 6?

A: Internet Explorer 6 works fine, however we have encountered some problems with the way our site handles cookies and the new IE6 security features.
