If you don't feel like sitting through a class right now, here's a brief overview. First, you start off by selecting the class you'd like to take from our menu. Then, the video player opens. Click on the image for a larger view.

You will see the name of the course at the top of the window, a list of lessons on the left side of the screen, and some information about the class in the large frame on the right, including a description of each lesson.

Begin your class by clicking on one of the lessons from the list at the left of the window.

Your lesson will now begin playing in the large window frame. You will see a familiar set of controls at the bottom to pause, stop or continue playing the video, plus volume controls.

When you're done viewing the lesson, simply click on the next lesson on the list to proceed. It's that simple!

In the future, we'll be adding an online quiz program as well, so you can test yourself and make sure you learned the key points in the class.
