| With MYOLP,
our goal is to provide you with an interactive learning environment.
Obviously you will learn most from watching our video tutorials, however
we have other methods of helping you.
Live Chat Sessions. We regularly hold instructor-led chat sessions where you can log on,
ask your questions, and have them answered by an instructor. There
is a live video feed from the instructor's computer. You can ask your questions
in the chat room and watch them answered live via
videocast.
Members Chat. Our Online Members can
join in our Members-Only chat room at any time, 24-hours a day,
7-days a week. While we don't guarantee that someone is always
online to help you, this is a great way to ask questions.
Message Boards. We provide online
message (bulletin) boards on many different topics of
discussion.
Email Newsletter. We also publish an email-based newsletter called ComputerFAQs
which covers Q&A, tips, tricks, and general computer news.
Email Support. Online Members can email
questions to our instructors. If your questions pertain directly to
our course material, we will do our best to answer them for you in a
timely fashion. While we cannot guarantee a personal response
to everyone, we will try our best to either reply to your email, or
include the answer to your question in our next Newsletter.
Paid Support. If you require assistance
above and beyond those methods listed above, we do offer paid
support at a specially discounted rate to our Online Members.
Whether you have some questions you'd like via email, would like to
speak with an instructor over the phone, or would like to schedule a
private video lesson for you or your office team, we can accomodate
you. Please see the Support page in the Members section for
more information.
Classroom Training. If you are in the
Buffalo, New York area, we offer classroom-based training in all of
the topics we teach online at a discounted rate for Online Members.
Please contact our Sales
Department for a schedule of classes. We can also schedule custom in-person sessions for your group
of 4 or more students. Yes, we do travel.
